Above the sofa or on an open wall in the living room, an Extra Large (max. 100 × 70 cm) is a real eye-catcher. Big enough to be the focal point of the room, and everyone stays recognisable, even in a large family.
Above a sideboard or cabinet
Above a sideboard, TV unit or cabinet, a Large (max. 66 × 44 cm) is ideal. Our most popular size: a lovely accent in the living room or hallway, without taking over the whole wall.

Made in our own workshop
Juuniek started at the kitchen table. Anneleen made a line portrait of her little son Juul, and it turned out to be so special that she didn’t want to make anything else. The name? Juul + uniek (Dutch for unique). All wooden line portraits are still made in our own workshop in Belgium, with the same care as that very first one.
The little extras in your parcel come from somewhere else, and we’re a bit proud of that. They are made by pupils with autism from BuSO KIDS, a special needs secondary school in Hasselt: wooden bookmarks and smartphone holders from our leftover wood, which they sand, finish and pack. This way they gain work experience for later. In November and December they make hundreds of them, so that every parcel that leaves also carries a little piece of them.

Can our pets be in the portrait too?
Of course. A dog, cat, horse or rabbit naturally belongs in it. Feel free to upload a photo with your pet.
Can you combine several photos into one portrait?
Yes. That happens often, because everyone is rarely in the same photo. Send the photos along with your order and tell us who should go where. You can easily do this in our design tool.
Can someone who isn’t in the photo be drawn in?
Yes. From a second photo, or as a silhouette, star or butterfly. If it’s something special, let us know with your order and we’ll make sure it’s taken care of. The design is always sent to you for approval and you can request unlimited changes. Try it for free.
Can I use a photo from our family photoshoot?
Definitely, a photo from a photoshoot is a lovely starting point: everyone is sharp and relaxed, and the light is soft. Choose the picture that moves you most, even if it isn’t the ‘perfect’ pose. Upload your favourite photo from the photoshoot and you’ll instantly see what the line drawing looks like.
How much does a family portrait cost?
That depends on the size. A family portrait in Large starts at €139.95. The smallest model on a stand starts at €64.95. Shipping is added to that. You’ll see the exact price in the tool as soon as you upload your photo.
How long before I have it at home?
Most portraits are shipped within a week, often after just a few days. You’ll see the estimated delivery time in the tool when ordering. You see the design straight away when you upload, so you don’t have to wait for that. Every parcel is shipped insured and with track & trace, and we ship to Belgium and the Netherlands.
In which rooms can the portrait stand or hang?
In most rooms: living room, hallway, bedroom, children’s room. It’s wood, so it’s best kept out of the bathroom, don’t hang it directly above a radiator or open fire, and avoid bright sunlight. A dry room with a stable temperature is best. You can read more about this in our FAQ.
Can I move the portrait later?
Yes. First warm the tape on the back thoroughly with a hairdryer, then the adhesive bond will release. A discreet small nail works too. You’ll find more tips on hanging and moving in our frequently asked questions.
Where can I have a family portrait or family photo drawn?
